Communication board features built around daily use.

Another Voice combines speaking boards, deep customization, offline-ready voice models, caregiver access, guided setup, child Home customization, history, heatmaps, and child-specific settings for everyday family routines.

Speak with boards

Tap words, build sentences, speak aloud.

Children can use symbol and photo tiles to add words to a sentence strip, then speak single words or the full sentence.

  • Tap a tile to add its word to the sentence strip.
  • Speak every word as it is tapped, if enabled.
  • Speak the full sentence from the sentence strip.
  • Use backspace, clear, history, search, and keyboard controls when enabled for the child.

Offline voices

A consistent voice, even away from internet.

Another Voice uses downloadable voice models so speech can work offline after a supported voice is downloaded and prepared on the device.

  • Voice models are downloaded and stored locally.
  • The app checks local voice files before speaking.
  • Downloadable offline voices are currently available for English (US) and English (UK).
  • Voice options follow the child's selected board language.

Sync and sharing

Keep boards connected across care contexts.

Account sync and code-based access support the real handoff between family devices, child devices, and trusted caregivers.

  • When signed in and online, boards, children, tiles, history, heatmaps, and supported customization settings can sync through the account.
  • Child login codes or QR scans let a child's device use boards without account editing access.
  • Child sharing codes or QR scans help trusted caregivers and therapists connect to boards and history.
  • New downloads, sharing, purchases, symbol search, uploads, and account actions still need a connection.
