Delete your Another Voice account

What deletion includes
After your request is verified, Another Voice permanently deletes the account and associated active-service data, including child profiles, communication boards, tiles, history, uploaded symbols and photos, login or sharing codes, and active app sessions.
Deletion does not itself refund an App Store or Google Play purchase. Store transaction records and limited records required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes may remain with the relevant store, service provider, or HEYLINGO OÜ as described in the Privacy Policy.
Verify your request
Enter the email address used for the Another Voice account. If it matches an eligible account, we will send a short-lived verification code. For privacy, the first response is the same whether or not an account exists for that address.
Other ways to delete
You can also delete your account from Account settings in the Another Voice app. If you cannot access the account email or the in-app deletion control, contact [email protected] so we can verify the request another way.
